New Civil Aviation Policy – Focus on Future

The new Civil Aviation Policy has made some changes. Now private airlines can fly abroad without waiting for mandatory waiting years. The only condition to fulfill is they need to have atleast 20 air craft in their fleet.

For end customers there is little to cheer as a upper limit of INR 1200 and INR 2500 is fixed for flight duration of 30 and 60 minutes respectively.

300 plus aviation strips to be developed. The whole idea is to improve regional connectivity and make air travel affordable.
