Quick Breakfast and Max. Eggs per Day

Egg whites paratha served with sunny side up. This is one of the most energetic breakfast one can have…ideally an adult can have max two egg yolks a day and egg whites being only protein and no fats can be had more. That’s why here the parathas have egg whites on it as sunny side is served on top if it.

While cooking the paratha spread the egg whites as evenly as possible over the paratha…sprinkle salt, pepper red chilli powder and flip it …serve it with sunny side up eggs on top which can be sprinkled with onions , green chilli and pepper…
