Show me your garden and I will tell you what you are – Alfred Austin
Gardeners know all the dirt. They get their hands dirty to keep it safe from intruders. Trouble starts brewing when someone gate crashes the garden. With the change of guard at Poes Garden, turmoil has crippled the state. There are more birds than bees in the garden.
“Good things will happen and dharma will triumph” are the words of man who meditated at Marina Beach and put power equilibrium in disarray. With legislators held in captivity in a resort, triumph of dharma seems a rarity. A show of strength on the floor of the house will be the level playing field for the stakeholders of power. The “Man” of the moment will have an upper edge. After all he did smile at Stalin.
Will the Lady lose the “Garden”? Well, the way legislators have changed camps is any indication, the “Garden” will be upgraded to “Memorial”. Some flowers in the garden will discover themselves anew like lotus in full bloom.
The landscape is changing.
“From the mud of adversity grows the lotus of joy” (Carolyn Marsden).
